I am a trauma & dissociation focused EMDR therapist/consultant/trainer that wants you to feel completely liberated from head to toe. I have decades of experience & training & a trunk full of strategies & approaches: parts work; somatic healing; attachment; expressive arts; and EMDR reprocessing to clear out all the dust bunnies that trauma can leave in its wake. We can get there together and maybe share a few laughs along the way.

I specialize in treating: PTSD, C-PTSD & Dissociative conditions; all forms of abuse and assault (sexual, emotional, physical...); living in a marginalized body due to race, gender, size, ability...; living with chronic pain/illness/stress; life transitions including aging, grief, menopause, caregiving; and feeling like you don't belong in this world.

My aim is to work with you to co-create a brave space that feels as secure & as safe as possible that could lead to healing & repairing past & present wounds. I would like you to believe that you are a loveable worthy human deserving of peace, & healthy relationships. My approach is multimodal & very far from anything resembling a cookie cutter.

Parts Mapping to Cultivate Intimacy with Self

Identifying and cultivating intimacy with our system of parts can be a powerful step toward liberation from suffering. Parts mapping can be a means to truly understand how we protect ourselves and what each part of us needs at various times of the day.
