Have you noticed that unhealthy family patterns and past experiences are affecting your everyday relationships, including with yourself? Family patterns can affect life transitions and everyday life. Wanting to break these patterns and heal is the first step. I'm here to help you heal through trauma, break family patterns, or walk with you through depression, anxiety, or grief. My specialities include identity issues that arise for first and second-generation immigrants, intergenerational family tension, & feelings of hurt, anger, betrayal, and shame that stem from trauma. It's hard/good work, and we'll go at your pace & lead.
I offer integrative, trauma-informed care, drawing on a range of modalities to meet the unique needs of my clients. As a Christian, I believe the body, mind, and soul/heart are connected, and I understand those who would appreciate the integration of faith and mental health.
My goal in therapy is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore difficult feelings, heal, and develop resilience. Online therapy helps remove a barrier, providing you with the support you need. I invite you to reach out to me for a free 15-minute consultation to determine whether we are a good fit or to ask any questions.
