With experience working with youth, students, adults, and parents, I enjoy collaborating with clients on a variety of challenges.
My approach is to collaborate with you, track the systems, patterns, and trends that contribute to the challenges. I also aim to provide coping tools for your immediate concerns while working towards the long-lasting change you desire.
