Therapy is a courageous step in the healing journey! It is the seat of change... the place where profound, noticeable shifts and growth can occur, increasing your quality of life and relationships by initiating life-changing processes, at your own pace. The challenges we face, the conflict, grief, trauma, and the burdens we carry don't need to be faced alone.
I support clients in ways that deeply align with their values using evidence-based therapies. I work with BIPOC adolescent females, adults, and couples. I am an anti-oppressive Asian psychologist. I'm committed to helping you find the right therapist, even if it's not me!
I work with general counselling issues- and specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health. I also work with trauma and attachment issues using various modalities, including Attachment-Focused EMDR. I am also a Level II-trained Circle of Security facilitator, counselling parents and couples. I hold a certificate in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
I believe in our inherent ability to seek connection and belonging, especially at the most vulnerable times in our lives, and I see the counselling relationship as a formidable and central resource to draw from in our striving for change, growth, and to live from our best self. That is... living a life that's "one for the ages".
