I graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA. I have a Diploma from Transformational Arts College in Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Past Life Regression Therapy and Bardo State Regression therapy. I am an Associate member of EMDRIA and a registered member of College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am currently working towards becoming a certified EMDR Psychotherapist. I have training in Relational Somatic Psychotherapy, EMDR with Dissociation, level 1 and 2 training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Deep Brain Reorienting and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy.

My philosophy is that mind, body and spirit need to be integrated for us to find peace. I use this idea to help my clients discover and integrate the various parts of themselves into the whole. I focus on finding the root causes of psychological and behavioural issues and using neurobiological modalities, help my client resolve and heal those core wounds.

Using various modalities from traditional talk therapy, somatic psychotherapy to energy work, I help my clients track their own patterns, become mindful of their triggers, emotions and defences, and resolve core issues. I teach them to be more compassionate towards self and others, integrate their new awareness and become more consciously responsive.
