I have 20 years of experience working with teens and young adults working through anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, family conflict/divorce, life transitions/changes, and self-esteem. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused.
