Gottman work is collaborative. Our first sessions will help me understand your relationship history/functioning, and what lead you to reach out for help. Sessions will then focus on helping you learn how to talk about the stuff that challenges/hurts you, in a more productive/respectful way. You will both feel more heard/understood and more capable of shifting the things that feel unbalanced.
