I am honoured to support people as they move forward through difficult and distressing times in their lives. I specialize in the areas of grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, career change, chronic pain, physical injury, self esteem and self worth. In my therapeutic style I integrate several interventions to ensure I am meeting the unique needs of each individual. I am collaborative, compassionate, authentic and use evidence based interventions to support my clients. Having the opportunity to join people on their healing path has become a deep privilege of mine and something I am encouraged to be a part of.
Some of the therapeutic approaches I use include, Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, The Grief Recovery Method, and Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
