My advanced training includes working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family problems, and many forms of trauma. 30 years of experience guides my work with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families.
My training includes a variety of therapeutic approaches; I don't believe one size fits all. Instead, we'll tailor your therapy to suit you and your needs. It can be scary and hard to call for help.
