My work draws on attachment-based, relational, narrative, and cognitive-behavioural approaches; blending self-reflection with practical tools. Knowing why you're stuck matters as much as learning where to go from here. With couples, that means seeing the cycle beneath the conflict and building new patterns that foster emotional safety and connection.
