I have 15 years of experience in the field of mental health, addictions, case management and psychotherapy. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and a registered member with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
It is my job to help navigate and guide you to overcoming barriers such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family/relationship issues, communication/emotional concerns, school/career issues and feelings of hopelessness.
