Hey there! Welcome to Get There Therapy. We're a small group of Social Workers/Psychotherapists here to support you. Learning coping strategies, how to self-regulate, increase communication and ability to set boundaries are areas we often work on with clients. We bring over 15 years of experience working specifically with tweens, teens, adults, couples and families through social work and counseling. We are trained in evidence-informed practices, like Theraplay, EFT, CBT, EMDR and DBT. We support our clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma work, dating/relationships, parenting, separation and divorce, to name a few.

We'd love to connect over a free 15 min phone consultation, so you can ask us questions, feel our vibe and make sure we'd be the right fit for what you're looking for. This first step of reaching out can feel the hardest and we get that.

We believe that each individual has the determination to make their own decisions. We operate from a feminist, anti-racist, Queer affirmative framework. We are sex-positive, kink-friendly, and support both monogamous and non-monogamous individuals in our practice.
