Hi there, I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering psychotherapy services to youth (age 12+) and adults who struggle with a variety of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, challenging life transitions, low self-esteem, negative self-image, trauma, self-injury, anger management/behavioural problems and social difficulties. My goal is to help clients develop proactive coping strategies in order to overcome obstacles and adversity, and achieve a fulfilling life. I use an integrative approach tailoring my therapeutic methods to the client's particular difficulties and needs.
Training and experience: I completed my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the Université de Montréal. I have worked in hospital settings, youth protection organisations, as well as youth crisis centres before moving on to private practice.
