The modern world is chaotic. It's easy to lose yourself in your work, school, family or responsibilities.

The problems that we face today are unique and challenging, I'm here to help you reconnect with yourself and discover the goals that give you purpose, drive and ultimately happiness.

I use a combination of Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Logotherapy to help you find your purpose and meaning so that you can move forward.
Once you discover this you will have the motivation to grow out of negative thought patterns, drop bad habits and become the person you know you can be.
