Hi I’m Geoffrine! I have more than 20 yrs of experience working with adults, couples and families as a Clinical Therapist. I help clients who are dealing with Trauma, PTSD, Addictions, Anxiety, Depression, OCD. I am trained in CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Behavioral Activation and Motivational Interviewing and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) for trauma. I have worked with many clients dealing with stressors related to their work, health, family and relationship issues in maintaining better balance or rebuilding their lives. My approach is always client-centered, solution-focused and trauma informed.
