Life-Line is an educational support group for people who have lived experience with suicide. The group brings together a variety of people from various occupations and backgrounds to build life-preserving and affirming bonds. The group helps participants connect with others who have a shared experience, develop tools to reduce risk and address personal trauma.

Boots on the Ground (PTSD Prevention Program)

Boots on the Ground is a ten-week closed group that helps first responders and front line service providers build resilience and resistance to PTSD and other forms of trauma. Participants in this group will learn how to recognize and respond to early signs and symptoms of trauma. The program develops trauma prevention skills and offers trauma inoculation sessions designed to reduce the negative impact of memories and experiences.

The 10-week closed psychoeducation group focuses on promoting healthy relationships and lifestyles for men. The group will promote the development of communication strategies, interpersonal skills, and improve emotional awareness. We will also explore issues such as maintaining intimate relationships, setting and respecting boundaries, assertiveness, addressing conflict in a healthy manner, and enhancing overall self-esteem. This group is ideal for men seeking to develop new relationships, working through challenges in their current relationship or recovering from a fractured relationship. The emphasis will be on developing real tool to build soild, healthy intimate relationships.
