I offer Gottman Method Couples Therapy - 90-minute sessions to get in depth with core issues, and to use exercises to interrupt conflict, repair wounds, reconnect, and rebuild intimacy. For individuals, I offer practical skills, mindfulness strategies, and formal RCSW diagnosis to help with ADHD, Anxiety, and Substance Use.
My approach is kind, competent, and collaborative. I come prepared for every session, and flexible based on what you need to talk about. I respond within 24 hours. Ready to start?
