I work from a client-centered, strengths-based approach. The Theoretical Modalities I use most often are CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I also utilize Polyvagal, Somatic Experiencing interventions.
