I also specialized in working with members of the 2SLGBTQI+ community. My goal is to help you foster resilience, establish safety and stability, live in alignment with your values, and find happiness and contentment in your life. I also provide clinical supervision and professional consultation services.
I am a trauma-focused therapist who uses a person-centred approach. I believe that there's no one-size-fits-all solution in therapy, and want to collaborate with you to find what works best to meet your unique needs. I incorporate EMDR, polyvagal, humanistic, emotion-focused, and IFS techniques within my practice. I also practice animal-assisted therapy.
