I offer therapeutic services to adults of all ages. I work collaboratively with individuals to set and achieve realistic goals in improving relationships and communication, relieving depression and anxiety and adjusting to life stressors such as challenges in the workplace. I also work with people who suffer from chronic illness. Therapeutic intervention in this context aims essentially at helping people adjust to the significant changes and challenges brought on by the chronic condition in their physical state, self-image, social roles and relationships.
I use cognitive-behavioural and experiential therapeutic approaches.
I offer services in both English and French and am licensed by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec.
