| Français My passion is human cognition—how people think and process information. My work focuses on neuropsychological diagnosis and intervention. I use comprehensive neuropsychological testing to understand how clients use their memory, attention, intellect, and other cognitive abilities. In other words, I work to understand how you process information so that you can better understand yourself. Together, we can develop strategies to optimize your strengths or compensate for areas of difficulty. My approach is grounded in research, and I stay current with emerging interventions. The length of our work will vary depending on your goals.
I primarily work with individuals who have concerns about their memory, attention, or organizational skills. I collaborate with my adult clients—and, when appropriate, their families—to understand the difficulties they are experiencing and determine how best to support them.
My practice is grounded in neuroscience research, and I stay current with new developments. I follow Canadian and American guidelines when available. I published scientific work, give international talks, supervise students and professionals, and I teach Psychology at McGill. I’ve also taught at Harvard, Toronto, and Laval Universities.
