| Deutsch Welcome! Therapy is a place to learn about yourself, your relationships, and the role of past experiences. Are you constantly feeling worried and overwhelmed? I work with clients who are struggling with common life challenges and transitions and want to learn ways to cope, manage their stress, and feel better. My goal is to create a space where you can talk about how you are doing without feeling judged and feel empowered on your own journey of healing.
I work with women and men and support adults both through a provincial mental health program and in my private practice. I have specialized training in perinatal/ reproductive mental health (infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy/ postpartum well-being, parenting) and grief and loss (e.g. motherless daughters and mothers, stillbirth, traumatic loss, etc.).
Life can often feel isolating and even unfair. You are not alone in how you're feeling and things can get better with the right supports in place.
