Join us to learn behavioural strategies in 4 main areas: Distress tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Mindfulness. The second hour of the group will be a tabletop group (Ex. DND) where youth can apply the skills they just learned. While children are participating in the group, parents will meet with our therapists to connect and find out what their youth learned and support them at home! This Neurodivergent affirmative group is a weekly, 8-session neurodivergent-affirmative group beginning June 2025 (flexible start date).
