Galen primarily works with adults and teens and also provides clinical consultation. If life feels harder than you think it should, you’re not alone. These times are hard and Humaning is not for the faint of heart. The good news is there is help & we all need help sometimes. My clients report that they feel cared about and supported. They tell me that together we meet emotions and challenges in a way that helps them connect with their own power, voice, vitality and joy. Life gets easier and feels better. We go there together gently with care, respect & warmth.
In individual work, I use a combination of evidence-based approaches via talk, & body based practices to help hard working hearts and brains. I am an integrationist who works at the intersection of psychotherapy, contemplative practice and neuroscience. Together, we centre your hopes, & in collaboration, heal pain, so you feel better in your life.
