Welcome! I’m a relational and attachment-based therapist specializing in anxiety, relationships, childhood and relational trauma. I also support self-esteem challenges, people-pleasing, family dynamics, and personal growth. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in helping you feel seen, understood, and supported as we explore your experiences and patterns shaping your inner world.

I believe healing happens in connection—both with yourself and others. Together, we can explore the roots of your struggles, understand how past experiences shape your life today, and create meaningful change in how you relate to yourself and others. My work draws from humanistic, attachment-based, IFS, emotionally-focused and psychodynamic approaches.

My style is reflective and depth-oriented, while also being direct when supportive. I value showing up authentically and believe the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful part of the healing process.
