I see clients in-person in Kanata (Ottawa) on Mondays, and offer virtual sessions throughout the rest of the week (Ontario-wide). I work with all ages (children and adults) and developmental stages. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with trauma, ptsd/c-ptsd, developmental delays and disorders, ABI, relationship issues, foster care and adoption challenges, and co-morbid diagnoses. I also provide professional training and support in these areas as well as how to effectively support students/children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders.
I have worked extensively with all ages - children, adolescents, adults, and families - in various clinical and community settings. With children I typically use attachment and arts-based therapy approaches. With adults and couples I have focused my education and training on using schema, experiential, and narrative therapy approaches.

With a background in child development, developmental psychology, educational research, social work, and counselling psychology, I am well-prepared and -positioned to help you identify the origins of your challenges and better understand how to work through them so that you are feeling mentally healthy.
