My ideal clients are women who have always sensed there is more to life and feel called to explore a deeper relationship with themselves. They may be navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship patterns, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from their authentic self. I bring together my academic training in counselling psychology with over 20 years of spiritual practice, somatic awareness, and lived experience to offer a unique lens for healing. I offer myself as a mirror to truly see what is you and not you during your session offering life change from the inside out.

My approach is rooted in deep attunement, compassion, and the belief that healing is possible. I masterfully weave together Internal Family Systems, somatic awareness, attachment theory, spirituality, narrative therapy, existentialism and depth-oriented therapy to meet you as a whole person living a very human life.
