Announcement icon During COVID-19, I continue to offer counselling sessions on zoom. AND daily free 20-min. mindfulness session at 9 am. Details below.
I am a registered social worker and specialize in working with adults who have experienced past or recent trauma in their lives. Trauma can manifest as day-to-day challenges in your present life including PTSD, depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, self-blame and/or feeling numb. Using your body's organic intelligence and mindfulness techniques with a therapist trained in trauma therapy, you can heal from trauma and thrive in your life. I strive to provide a safe and compassionate space for you to explore difficult experiences and be present with strong feelings.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety/depression and mindfulness.I provide individual, couple, family and group therapy.
Change is not easy, it is often chaotic and overwhelming, and usually causes more despair initially. I can be your associate to help navigate the next steps, so you can make wise choices using your emotional, mind and body wisdom.

Please join me creating a calm environment inside and around us for 20 minutes daily until April 3rd with a possibility of extension. Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/961714566
