As a practitioner, I am dedicated to walking alongside my clients on their path to well-being and supporting them in creating a life they truly love—a beautiful life. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or grappling with personal or relational difficulties, know that you're not alone. I bring empathy and appreciation for each unique journey. My practice is grounded in compassion, empathy, and the belief that everyone deserves a positive, supportive environment to explore their emotions and experiences.
I am committed to creating a safe space for her clients, regardless of where they are in their journey or whether they have clear goals. I am especially passionate about supporting those who have historically felt unsafe, unseen, or underrepresented in traditional therapeutic settings, and who may have struggled to express their true selves.
I am a firm believer in holistic well-being, with mental health playing a crucial role. I incorporate various therapeutic techniques, including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches. My experience spans working with trauma (including cultural trauma), anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and crisis situations.
