I am especially passionate about supporting those who have historically felt unsafe, unseen, or underrepresented in traditional therapeutic settings, and who may have struggled to express their true selves.

I am a firm believer in holistic well-being, with mental health playing a crucial role. I incorporate various therapeutic techniques, including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches. My experience spans working with trauma (including cultural trauma), anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and crisis situations.
