I offer empowering, goal-oriented therapy to help adults and young adults move toward their future with confidence. I take a cohesive approach working with clients, going at their pace. I orient my practice to psychodynamic approaches. I use methods from CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative, and performance psychology.
