Welcome—I’m truly glad you’re here. Anxiety and stress can make even getting through the day difficult, and starting to look for support can feel overwhelming. I want you to know that I’m here for you, and simply arriving at this page is a meaningful and courageous first step that deserves recognition. A little about me: I bring over ten years of experience in the social services field and now focus on individual therapy. I offer flexible options, including virtual sessions throughout Ontario and in-person appointments at our O.W.L. Counselling office in North Bay—so you can choose what feels right for you.

Whether you, your spouse, or your child are navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, grief, mood disorders, trauma, or relationship challenges, I’m here to offer compassionate support. Drawing on my experience, education, and ongoing learning, I’m committed to helping you find strength and clarity as you work toward healing and growth.

Some other ways I like to engage clients is to have board games, playing cards, jig saw puzzles at the ready during a session. This can sometimes help you feel more comfortable discussing what brings you to therapy. We also have the option of colouring books, drawing utensils, and other craft options depending on what feels right for you. Lastly, the office has many fidget toys for anyone to use.
