I offer services in individual therapy for adults in English and French. My office is located in Plateau, Montreal. I can help with difficulties as varied as depression, anxiety, life transitions, burnout, existential issues (death, loneliness, meaning of life and life choices), relational difficulties, self-esteem and emotional regulation. I believe that suffering can become an opportunity to better know yourself as well as your needs that are not being met. I find this citation from Leonard Cohen particularly representative of my vision of psychotherapy ''There is crack in everything, that's how the light gets in.''

My philosophy is to accompany you and offer you a space to think about your difficulties or patterns in which you feel stuck, connecting with your emotions and experiment through therapy new ways of being. I emphasize the exploration and deepening of the emotional experience.

My main approach is humanist-existential, which means that I emphasize the therapeutic alliance as a vehicule for change. I also use the cognitive-behavioural approach. Overall, I use an evidence-based, integrative and flexible approach, adapting my interventions to the needs of each person.

''There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in.'' (Leonard Cohen)
