I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan and am interested in helping and supporting clients through the difficulties they face such as: depression, grief, anxiety, stress management, relationship challenges and divorce, grief, identity and life/illness adjustment and transitions. My approach to treatment is evidence based and I work collaboratively with my clients. My background is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and I integrate interpersonal therapy into my treatment approach. Additionally, I am able to provide forensic services including assessment and treatment.
I am a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist registered within the province of Alberta. I have trained and work with diverse clients across the lifespan in hospital and community settings, including forensic and health psychology settings. I also have specialized training in forensic assessment and treatment.
