Hi.
I am limiting my practice to people interested in using and learning my Natural State Restoration method. I will also always have a place for survivors of maternal incest.
Natural State Restoration (NSR) is my own therapy method. Nature gives us signals to breathe, eat and stop eating and keeps us in a comfortable, loving state. Modern life sweeps aside these signals. NSR restores that calm state and our emotions become allies that help us fully live our life. We stop replaying those negative messages which undermine us.
NSR is a brief therapy protocol. I see clients via Zoom or in a comfortable, firelit room in my home. My practice is located on unceded territory of the Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation.) I'm GBLTPQ-2S friendly. I can work via Tele-health in BC, Ontario and NY and in person in BC. As an ordained healing guide I can see people anywhere in the world.
