| Français I am a psychologist registered with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ). I help adults and couples facing psychological and emotional difficulties in various areas. I have been trained in emotion focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), as well as integrative therapy. I am familiar with psychodynamic therapy and the one-at-a-time (OAAT) session approach. I use them interchangeably according to your needs.
