In counselling, I can help you heal your relationship with yourself, feel empowered to have healthier relationships with others, and help you change beliefs that are no longer serving you. You can learn to have love, kindness and respect for yourself. I enjoy working with clients from many different walks of life, including folks who are part of the LGBTQ+ community, and older adults.

I also specialize in helping clients heal from interpersonal trauma. Traumatic events overwhelm our ability to cope, and can have lasting impacts on our lives. After trauma, it may be difficult to feel like yourself, feel safe, maintain healthy relationships, and even leave the house. Healing from trauma is absolutely possible.
