About
I believe my role is to support you in your journey and help you build the tools to work through any obstacle life throws at you by providing a space to express and grow. By using the strengths and skills you already have, together we can build healthy coping skills that work for you so you can continue to practice self-care and self-love. I work through an Anti-Oppressive, Anti-Blackness, Anti-Racist, and Trauma-Informed lens and my approaches are both client-centred and strength-based.
The modalities I have experience working with are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment work, and Hip-Hop Therapy. I enjoy motivating and encouraging others to express themselves, and I love to incorporate art, such as music, into the space to help clients articulate themselves.
To contact me directly please email me, if you have any questions. To book a free consult please call the Growth and Wellness Therapy Centre or book online through the website attached to my profile.
