Dear clients, I am the President and co-founder of the Montreal Psychology Center. My specialties include Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Anxiety and Depression. In addition, I completed specialized training in couple therapy. While working as a therapist at Montreal’s Royal Victoria Hospital (2004-2007), I was the co-developer of a workshop for couples entitled “Make Love Better”. This 8-week seminar was designed to help couples improve their relationships by promoting effective communication and enhancing emotional and sexual intimacy. My expertise on couple problems has been sought after by the media (e.g., CJAD, Syd Miller Show).
I have lectured at Concordia University on the causes and treatment for Depression and Anxiety Disorders including panic attacks, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, obsession & compulsions, and specific phobias.
My PhD Thesis focused on STRESS as a risk factor for depression and anxiety. I have lectured at the Montreal Neurological Institute where I discussed stress coping techniques with a group of resident neurosurgeons. Should you be interested in stress seminars/workshops please contact me.
