I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and integrative approaches to support concerns such as addiction, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and self-esteem. The focus is on emotional regulation, resilience, and clarity.

With over eight years of experience in mental health, I am certified in Addictions and Veterans Mental Health. I also work as a researcher with MAPS and the Heroic Hearts Project, contributing to ethical, trauma-informed research on emerging treatments and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
