Wellness is a complex combination of mental and physical health. Whether you are experiencing sexual challenges, perinatal mood shifts or difficulty moving through a trauma, I am here to believe you in your experience and support you in moving forward.
In addition to being a clinical counsellor, I am also an RN with experience in perinatal health. This background provides me with a unique understanding of reproductive and sexual health. I am also an EMDR trained clinician, which allows us to target any trauma that may be holding you back from being your best self.
