Wellness is a complex combination of mental and physical health. As an RN and therapist, I know that how our bodies work (or don’t) has a huge impact on our well-being Whether your mental health is impacting your physical health or vice versa, it can be difficult to find a therapist who understands both. Whether you are experiencing sexual challenges, perinatal mood shifts or difficulty moving through a trauma, I am here to believe you in your experience and support you in moving forward.
In addition to being a clinical counsellor, I am also an RN with experience in perinatal health. This background provides me with a unique understanding of reproductive and sexual health. I am also an EMDR trained clinician, which allows us to target any trauma that may be holding you back from being your best self.
