I work to provide a safe supportive space where you can feel seen and heard, share your experience and shed light opon your difficulties. I will help you identify and build upon your values, strengths and resources, coach you to feel, notice and tolerate your experience in the moment, and work with you to provide education about, attain stabilization around and move toward resolution of any trauma issues that may be contributing to your difficulties.
I will encourage you to honor your struggles and invite your wisdom into them. Depending on your need I can help you develop skills to manage and relate differently to your emotions and thoughts and to improve your relationships withothers.
