About
I am a Registered Psychologist (APE) (SK #1012) with Moose Jaw Psychology Services, a private practice located in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. I work with children, adolescents and adults who may experience difficulties with mood, emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, life changes, relationships, interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem, and behaviour problems. The therapeutic experience offers clients the opportunity to develop and practice skills to be implemented in their daily lives. My approach is solution focused and aimed at fostering growth and development of each client's strengths and resilience.
I am dedicated to providing evidence based interventions to clients through a range of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Psychological assessment for mental health disorders, cognition, behaviour, development and autism also available.
Life can be challenging. If you are ready to make a change, I look forward to collaborating with you. To further discuss service options please contact me by email, phone or check out my website.
