Before becoming a therapist, I delved into working for non-profit organizations as a life skills coach. Later on, I decided to specialize in Love, Sex & Relationship learning somatic and mindfulness tools that would later on helped me in my practice. I understand the struggles you may face because I went on the journey of learning more because of my own struggles around my relationship and my empowerment. I am committed to helping you develop the awareness and skills so that you can achieve the life and relationships that you want. I utilized the tools that I am about to teach in my day-to-day life and I am now here to share it you.

I specialized in working with adults who are struggling with boundaries, codependency, self-esteem issues and multicultural concerns. As an eclectic therapist, I utilized the evidence based techniques available and blend it to our session to ensure its tailored fit to you.
