Struggles with self esteem & confidence, navigating interpersonal relationships, anxiety & stress, and finding relief from PTSD & trauma are some of my specialties. I also help those who feel confused with their career or life path. You are unique, and your therapy should reflect this. This is why I tailor therapy to your distinct needs. What makes me different as a therapist? I am refreshingly active and creative in session. I ask provoking questions, and my clients feel seen, heard and understood. I also interject humour therapeutically.

Beginning therapy can be daunting, I can help you take this step, we will work together toward the growth you desire. I am well-versed in several therapeutic models, and work from an evidence-based framework. Existential, Attachment, CBT, ACT and Humanistic. I am very comfortable with clients of various cultures, identities and belief systems.

I am one of the few Psychotherapists certified in Reconsolidation Therapy, a highly effective trauma treatment for PTSD. Trauma is life-changing or at the very least; it changes our brains.
