As a psychotherapist, my perspective on healing is that we all have within us what we are searching, but we need help in uncovering and recovering that innate knowledge. Let me help you learn to find that knowledge. I see adults individually or within a couple both in person and for online sessions. I provide an empathetic and safe space combined with real practical and tangible support and advice.
I work with a wide variety of individuals who come to see me for help with their anxiety, depression or simply wanting more in their lives and are not sure how to get there. I also do a lot of couples counselling, which has led me to work towards specializing in sex therapy most recently to help those who are looking for a more enriching sex life.
I'm a supportive, open, and non-judgemental psychotherapist who has a passion for my work and compassion for my clients. I welcome all genders, sexualities and relationship types and offer a safe place for us to work together to learn more about what you want and strategies to create it.
