We are a highly trained group of regulated professionals with over 20 years of combined experience offering counselling services, parenting support and information, motor vehicle accident (MVA) trauma treatment, and vocational rehabilitation services. Each counsellor has engaged in a different area of concentration and professional development training.
With no waitlists and flexible appointment times, our team is dedicated to helping as many people as possible access mental health services. The counsellors work with you to develop a customized counselling plan with personalized goals and measurable outcomes. Our commitment is to offer supportive and effective strategies that result in lasting resolutions.

Groups
Virtual Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) Adults
FFCS is open to starting a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group if enough clients show an interest in attending virtual group sessions. We will create a list until we reach 8-10 participants. We use the On Call Health Platform (which supports up to 25 participants) for the virtual Adult group 18+.
