We provide counselling services for Children, Individuals and Families. We believe that too much of our time is spent dealing with life struggles and hardships. Therefore, we offer counselling to improve the functioning of children, individuals, and families experiencing ongoing and situational stresses in their daily lives.

As Registered Social Workers who specialize in children, individuals and families, with over 18 years of working with children experiencing behavioural and emotional problems as well as adults struggling with depression, anxiety and other mental health and relationships issues, we believe change is possible.

Stressors could lead to poor self-esteem, anxiety, depression, behavioural regulation issues as well as relationship conflict. Our goal is to help you find ways to cope and allow you more time enjoying life. If you are not in our catchment area we can arrange another meeting place or in-home services.
