Hello - welcome to Folláine Counselling Therapy. My name is Cheryl Lavigne and I am a Licensed Counselling Therapist, and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with 30 years’ experience teaching, coaching, consulting, and counselling youth and adults. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work/support folks with a variety of needs and struggles. I am aware that many experiences can have a greater impact on our lives than anticipated. These experiences can set us on pathways that may be smooth or more challenging. My belief is that no path need be walked alone.
I provide a person-centered approach, offering the space for you to reflect, and honour your strengths to problem-solve your next steps. With the help of Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, along with other skills and tools, we will explore opportunities to strengthen skills for a path to well-being.
