You might be feeling stuck in the same patterns—overthinking, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, or burnout from always putting others first. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and want more than just talking—you want tools that actually help you feel different in your day-to-day life.
At Fluxo, we are a team of therapists who show up as real humans—warm, authentic, and deeply understanding. We offer evidence-based, anti-oppressive, neuroaffirming, and relational care, integrating approaches like DBT and ACT to help you regulate emotions, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change and a life worth living.
Our Team
Awareness is like the sun, it transforms everything that it touches. - Have you ever found yourself in what seems to be an unsolvable situation? Living a life with no meaning? Struggling with painful long-lasting emotions and behaviours that seem to not make sense? Did you ever come to the conclusion that “just disappearing” would be the only way out? So have I, and so have many people that I helped during my 12 years of clinical practice. You are not alone.

If you’re here, something inside you is ready for a change. I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you are stuck in old patterns, struggling with intense emotions, or facing challenges in your relationships. You might find yourself people-pleasing, feeling anxious or stressed, or carrying self-doubt that keeps you from moving forward. The truth is, it's okay not to have all the answers right now. Therapy can be a safe space to figure it out.

You may be used to being “the strong one” — the person who keeps showing up, caring for others, and holding everything together, even when you feel exhausted inside. Maybe you are a parent, teacher, caregiver, first responder, student, or professional who has been quietly overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or carrying more than anyone sees. In therapy, you do not have to hold it all alone. I offer a steady, judgment-free space to sit with the heavy moments, make sense of what has kept you stuck, and begin moving toward small, meaningful changes that feel sustainable, when you are ready.

I have found great purpose in working for over 20 years alongside people navigating mental health, substance use, crisis, trauma, shame, identity, and major life transitions. In both community and counselling settings, I have supported clients through moments of overwhelm, disconnection, uncertainty, and change.
You may be feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to explain or even harder to break. Maybe you are carrying shame, questioning your choices, struggling in relationships, relying on compulsive behaviours to cope, or trying to understand parts of yourself that have not always felt safe to explore.
